A Water Blasting System
The award-winning, industry-leading Stripe Hog is used in over 80 countries worldwide. Here in the United States, 16 of the 20 biggest airports that own a water blaster own a Stripe Hog!
The Stripe Hog, using 40,000 psi of water pressure, has the fastest removal rates in the industry for the removal of runway rubber deposits at rates up to 40,000 square feet per hour. The Stripe Hog can also rejuvenate runway centerlines, restoring their retroreflectivity which dramatically reduces the frequency of centerline repainting. In extreme hot climates where friction is lost due to asphalt bleeding, the Stripe Hog can also be used for runway retexturing. The opposite is also true for cold weather climates for when friction is lost due to snow removal brooms.
Laying Lines
The Paint Hog applies waterborne markings to runway and airfield surfaces. Available in both atomized air and airless models, it is one of Hog Technologies’ most highly customisable vehicles. It allows the operator to use paint tank sizes, paint brands and bead guns, chassis and safety packages of their choice. The airless model is recommended for the airport industry as it produces crisper lines, comes with airport patterns installed in the skip line control system, and is environmentally conscious as it meets all U.S. emission standards.
Surface cleaner
The Surface Hog is built on an Isuzu NRR chassis allowing it to fit into tight areas. Using up to 7,250 psi of water pressure, the Surface Hog can clean and prepare surfaces including porous asphalt, making it perfect for airport parking lots and parking garages. The Surface Hog uses a water reclamation system for a 3-4 hour runtime and can be converted into a water blaster with an optional 40,000 psi pump.

The Stripe Hog 5.2A provides our innovative ingenuity in a sleek, nimble, and easy-to-operate system for anyone looking for a skid or trailer-mounted system. The Stripe Hog 5.2A comes with our powerful 40,000 psi (2,750 bar) ultra-high-pressure water pump with a flow rate of 5.2 gpm (19.6 lpm). The unit comes with our self-rotating Ground Hog HT1000SR walk behind tool that can be operated up to 100 ft away from the Stripe Hog 5.2A allowing this system to be used in tight spaces.
